Wedding

Well I've finally gotten round to doing a post about the wedding. There aren't really enough words to describe how I feel about what was the best day of my life. So many people told me how amazing it would be but I didn't comprehend this until I experienced it myself. I recommend it to anyone!

I thought rather than give an in depth write up I'd give a list of my most memorable moments...

(in no particular order):

• Pre wedding dinner with friends in a post office (you had to be there to understand)
  
• The beautiful room we stayed in (with a roll top bath)


• My mum and dad looking amazing


• Being strapped into my dress by my mum, hairdresser and makeup lady


• Jonathan Barry's smiling face - not (the hotel manager)


• Josh (Mark's nephew) looking adorable


• Dad's speech


• The bridesmaids looking stunning


• My subtle pause before saying I do, I was nervous - honest ;-)


• Kirsty Scott's amazing dress and shoes


• My red shoes (surprisingly comfortable)


• The flowers on the tables (stunning)


• Zoe and Jamie crying on the dance floor when their song came on


• Shuffling self-consciously through our first dance


• The case of the missing cakes


• Uncle Adrian dancing the night away (I've never seen that before)


• The awful dj (aren't they always at weddings?)


• Last song of the night: Shed Seven, Chasing Rainbows


• Everybody's kind words and smiling faces
